Give
Joshua ISD Education Foundation projects and activities are funded solely through donations from individuals and corporations, fundraising events and income earned on investment capital.
The Foundation sponsors three Annual Giving Opportunities:
- Joshua ISD Employee Contribution Campaign
- Columbus Day Golf Tournament
- Elementary Foundation FUNd Days
Monies raised through Annual Giving are the primary source of unrestricted contributed income, which is the cornerstone of annual Grant Awards.

Thanks to the generosity of the Joshua community, the Foundation has raised more than $840K since its inception in 2008. Nearly $470K in restricted endowment principal is held in perpetuity, while the earnings from those invested assets are contributed annually to Foundation Programs or per the donor's specifications.
In 2012, the Foundation created the Ray Dane Tree of Excellence, located in the foyer of Acker Auditorium. The Tree of Excellence was named in honor of Foundation visionary and former Superintendent, Ray Dane, upon his retirement. Leaves and apples on the Tree are sold during dedicated events and are a permanent recognition of donor gifts.

Monetary contributions may also be made directly to the Foundation at any time.
